Starting on the 20th September, we will be running drop-in sessions from LillyAnne’s Wellbeing Cafe in Hartlepool town centre.

This hope journalling session is suitable for autistic individuals who are 18+. In this session, you will learn the value of journaling, be able to decorate your own journal which will you be able to take away with you and learn more about the other ways we can support you with your mental health. You do not need to have a formal diagnosis to attend this session.

Parents’ Information Session. This workshop is suitable for any parents/carers who want to learn more about how to support their autistic children with their mental health and emotional recognition and management. We will be covering a number of practical strategies that you can try at home, and there will be the opportunity to ask questions and find out about further support. Your children do not need to have received a formal diagnosis for you to attend this session

The Here to Help Team will be attending this drop in event at Redcar Leisure alongside other fantastic local charities including MAIN and Daisy Chain. There will also be representatives from CAMHS and the local authority to provide additional information about the support that they can provide.
This opportunity will provide families the opportunity to find out more about what the ‘Here to Help’ project offers, and how we can support you and the wider family with wellbeing and mental health.
We would love to see as many of you there as possible!
